Who we are...

Rostan Property Management owns and leases a number of multi unit residential properties as well as commercially zoned acreage in the North Suburbs of Pittsburgh. 

Our properties are well maintained and updated with newer kitchens, fresh carpet or hardwood floors, laundry, independently controlled thermostats, and attached garages along with additional off street parking.  

Our application process is simple and straightforward. If you like one of our available apartments, we give you an overview of the leasing process and then we give you a "here's what you do next" sort of guidance through each of the simple steps to getting your keys on your move in date.
